Arsenal lose hamstrung Kim Little for WSL and Champions League run-ins

  • Their Scottish club captain will be absent until next season
  • Side face Manchester United Utd and Wolfsburg in crucial week

Kim Little, the Arsenal captain, will miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury, ruling her out of the Gunners’ dual challenge for the Women’s Super League and Champions League.

The 32-year-old Scotland midfielder sustained the injury in the Women’s Champions League quarter-final win over Bayern Munich on 29 March and tests have confirmed the extent of the damage.
