The American realises the scale of the challenge ahead as he seeks a first win as Leeds manager at the third attempt. After six successive league defeats 16th-placed Leeds simply cannot afford to lose to a Norwich side four places and six points beneath them. “Fear will ensure failure,” said Marsch. “It won’t protect us.
