Disorder in Liverpool as fan celebrations continue in the city – video

Liverpool Football Club has condemned the behaviour of crowds of fans who gathered in the city to celebrate the club winning their first ever Premier League title. On Saturday the club, Liverpool City Council and Merseyside Police issued a joint statement saying: ‘Our city is still in a public health crisis and this behaviour is wholly unacceptable.’ Footage published on social media showed fireworks aimed at the Liver Building and thousands of people packing the streets.
