Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola congratulated Liverpool on a deserved Premier League win, the first for the team in 30 years, Guardiola admitted his side have lacked consistency over the course of the season.

Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard also offered a tribute to Liverpool, acknowledging his side must improve to have a chance at the title next season
