Iheanacho’s early strike sees Leicester through FA Cup battle with Brentford

Leicester City survived a tough examination from Championship promotion chasers Brentford, but Kelechi Iheanacho’s early goal at Griffin Park ultimately proved enough.

The Nigerian international forward finished off a fine counter-attacking move, firing home from James Justin’s low cross in the fourth minute. Leicester looked the stronger side in the first half, but failed to build on their early lead.
