A man suffered a slash wound to the face after “disgraceful” disorder before Millwall’s shock FA Cup win over Everton, police said.
Crowds clashed in Southwark, south London, before Millwall took on Everton in the FA Cup fourth round. Video footage circulated online of violent clashes between the two sets of fans near Surrey Quays Station. It appeared to show the moment one man was slashed in the face with a knife. Police used batons to break up the confrontation.
