With Manchester United under pressure after their shock defeat to Derby County in the Carabao Cup, it will be interesting to see if José Mourinho starts Paul Pogba at the London Stadium. United could do with Mourinho and Pogba putting their differences aside for the trip to West Ham, who expect to have Marko Arnautovic available after the Austrian missed last weekend’s draw with Chelsea.
