Newcastle fans will protest against Mike Ashley’s stewardship of the club outside St James’ Park as kick-off against Leicester approaches. The owner surprised everyone by turning up at Crystal Palace last week to watch Rafa Benítez’s side live for the first time in more than a year and Newcastle’s manager would be happy to see him back on Tyneside. “I’m not sure 100% he’s coming on Saturday but, if so, good,” said Benítez, whose side have only two points. “If the owner wants to be around it has to be positive.
