Gareth Southgate nominated for Fifpro coach of the year award

• Deschamps, Guardiola, Klopp and Martinez also nominated
• Chelsea coach Emma Hayes makes women’s shortlist

The England coach has been shortlisted for Fifa’s coach of the year award after guiding the nation to a first World Cup final in 28 years.

Didier Deschamps, the coach of the eventual winners France, is also nominated, as is the coach of the runners-up Croatia, Zlatko Dalic.
